Exchange & Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to exchange or return your abaya, whether it arrived faulty, it isn't what you ordered, or you simply don't love it once you try it on.
How it works
- Keep the abaya unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Message us on WhatsApp (+92 304 8468889) or Instagram DM (@wearzayana) with your order ID, and photos if something is wrong.
- Choose a replacement, a different size, or a refund.
Refunds and replacements
Once we receive and check the item, we'll send your replacement or process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are made by bank transfer, so we'll ask for your account details.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Thank you for understanding.
