Exchange policy

Received an incorrect or faulty product? Immediately email us at wearzayana@gmail.com with your Order ID and pictures explaining the issue and we'd be happy to replace it for free!

You can only apply for a size exchange within 3 days of receiving the product with all tags and packaging intact without any signs of use. Delivery charges apply for size exchange and may take 15 days. You'll have to send the product first to our warehouse and once inspected, you'll be sent your requested size.
