Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to exchange or return your abaya, whether it arrived faulty, it isn't what you ordered, or you simply don't love it once you try it on.

1. Keep it unworn, with the tags and packaging intact.
2. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order ID (and photos if something is wrong).
3. Choose what you'd like: a replacement, a different size, or a refund.

Nada silk, also spelled Nida, is a soft, lightweight fabric with a smooth, fluid drape. It doesn't cling, feels comfortable through long days, and holds its shape, which is why it's one of the most popular fabrics for abayas.

Embroidered or embellished abayas are dry clean only. For all pieces: don't iron directly on the fabric, no bleach, don't wring, and wash with similar colours.
